KEDIT for Windows 1.6.1 is the current maintenance release of KEDIT.

KEDIT for Windows 1.6.1 is the current maintenance release of KEDIT. KEDIT for Windows 1.6.1 is a 32-bit program (there is currently no 64-bit version), but the 32-bit version runs on 64-bit versions of Windows.

Our support is now focused on KEDIT for Windows running on 64-bit versions of Windows 10 or Windows 11. Any new maintenance releases are expected to require a 64-bit version of Windows 10 or 11.

The upgrade is free for licensed users of any previous version of KEDIT.

Also, if you are a licensed KEDIT user and need to reinstall the program, for example because you have reinstalled Windows or have purchased a new computer, you can do so by downloading and installing this upgrade.

The upgrade will install properly even on a new computer where a previous copy of KEDIT for Windows is not already installed, and won't require that you enter any license codes or registration keys.

Note: If you are not yet a licensed user of KEDIT, will need to purchase a license for KEDIT for Windows 1.6.1.
